【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesmethodstomeasurethetemperaturereachedbyplasticsmaterialsandarticlesincontactwithfoodstuffsduringmicrowaveheatingandconventionalovenheatinginordertoselecttheappropriatetemperatureformigrationtesting.Itisapplicabletoallplasticsmaterialsandarticlesforwhichthefood(s)withwhichtheycancomeintocontactunderworstforeseeableconditionsofuseis/areknown.Thisincludespre-packagedfoodssuchasreadymealswhichwillbeheatedinthepackaging,andforfoodswhichneedsomepre-preparationbutwhichincludethecookingcontainerinthepack,e.g.cakemixes.Themethodisalsosuitableforplasticsmaterialsandarticlestobeusedforpreparingfoodsinthehomeorforuseincommercialfoodpreparationwherethearticleissuppliedasastand-aloneitem,i.e.notcontainingornotincludingfoodatthepointofsale.NOTEAlthoughthemethodhasbeendevelopedforplasticsmaterialsandarticles,itisalsoapplicabletootherpackagingmaterialsincludingpaperandboard,rubberandelastomers,ceramics,glassetc.Temperaturemeasurementsusingconventionalovenheatingaresuitableformetalmaterialsbuttheseitemsshouldgenerallynotbeheatedinmicrowaveovensduetopossibleproblemswitharcing.
