【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforarmouredfaceconveyorsandcovers,conveyordriveunits,returnunits,linepans,chainassemblies,devicesfortensioningandlockingchains.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytostageloaderancillaries,armouredfaceconveyorswhichformpartofmineralbunkersystemsoroperateasspillageconveyors,tohaulagesystemsandguidesutilisedbyextractionmachines,tothetechnicalrequirementsforcable-lessremotecontrols,tocompressedairpoweredmachines,ortotheinterfacesbetweentheelementsoftheconveyorandothermachineinstallations.Armouredfaceconveyorsaredesignedforthetransportofmineralsandrockonly.NOTEArmouredfaceconveyorscanbeusedasabaseforguidingtheextractionmachineandasalinkbetweenthefaceroofsupportandtheextractionmachineifrequired.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallhazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsfortheuseinmines,whentheyareusedasintendedandfortheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.Seeclause4forthehazardsdealtwith.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoveranyhazardsresultingfromtheelectricalequipmentassociatedwiththemachine.Itdoesnotcontainanyrequirementsrelatingtodustsuppressionorfiredamphazards.HazardsduetonoisearealsoexcludedfromthisEuropeanStandard,butaseparateEuropeanStandardisinpreparationwherehazardsduetonoisewillbeaddressed.Itisintendedformanufacturersproducingandmarketingcompletemachines,andformanufacturersassemblingnewpartsfromdifferentoriginsorassemblingnewmachinesevenfortheirownuse.Thesearecalled"manufacturers"inthisEuropeanStandard.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoarmouredfaceconveyorswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisEuropeanStandard.
